Returns & Exchange Policy
- While we hope that you love your Seven Oral Care product, in case something is not right, we are happy to replace your product for a new one
- To register your exchange request, first please send us pictures/videos at wecare@sevenoralcare.com. Once our team approves the request, they will be in touch with you to help you through the exchange process
- While returning your product, please place your product in it’s original box or other suitable packaging
- All accessories included with your purchase must be included in your return
- Please allow 14 business days from the date of return for your request to be processed and for us to issue you a new piece
