  • No shipping charges applicable on prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Standard orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order
  • Our network of reputed delivery partners across India will deliver the product within 7-10 business days
  • In case of any unforeseen delays, our team will be in touch at the earliest
  • Charges applicable on COD orders

Warranty policy:

  • All Seven Oral Care products come with a 1 year warranty
  • Activate your warranty by scanning the QR code on the inside flap of your box
  • Please note that your warranty has to be registered within 30 days of original purchase
  • Your 1 year warranty period shall begin from the date of warranty activation
  • If there is an issue with your product, please send us pictures/videos at wecare@sevenoralcare.com
  • The warranty covers defects arising from electro-magnetic parts, battery etc that impact functionality of the product
  • The warranty does not cover any damage due to improper usage and normal wear or use
  • Our toothbrush is made from special materials designed for the best comfort and usage. Please keep away from other toiletries and chemical containing products that may damage the body of the toothbrush. While travelling, we advise you to use the travel case provided.
