When should I change my brush head?


It is recommended to change your brush head every 3 months. But we can’t possibly expect you to remember that, so we built in a brush head replacement reminder icon into your SuperBrush. It’ll automatically light up when it’s time to change your brush heads. You can order replacement brush heads here. We also recommend changing your brush head if you’ve fallen sick to avoid reinfection. And please change your brush head if your bristles start fraying (hey overbrusher!)

Why is there a gap between the brush head and body?


Distance makes the heart grow fonder (okay just a little). If you happen to notice a tiny space between your brush head and body, don’t worry it’s on purpose. Why? Because in brushes that don’t have the gap, a lot of the vibrations are lost in the handle of the brush instead of the brush head, thus resulting in lesser cleaning power.

My low battery sign is flashing despite a full charge – what do I do?


If this happens, try a factory reset. Put the SuperBrush on the charging stand and long press the “7” power button. The low battery sign will stop flashing.

How should I clean and store my SuperBrush?


Clean your SuperBrush everyday post brushing by just rinsing it with water. Let it air dry in an upright position. Do not store your SuperBrush in wet conditions or in contact with other toiletries or cosmetics as the harmful chemicals can corrode the body of the brush. When travelling, we recommend using our travel case – it’s handy and cute too! We don’t recommend keeping it in any airtight or closed space like a drawer, and don’t use a toothbrush cover either - both of these retain moisture which promotes the growth of a bacterial/fungal environment.

Can I use any brush heads with the SuperBrush?


Our SuperBrush has a soulmate, our SuperBrush heads, so we request you not to separate them. Our SuperBrush is only compatible with our expertly crafted SuperBrush heads. Feel free to have fun with any colour brush head though, we can’t wait to see the combinations you come up with.

How much toothpaste should I use?

Don’t fall for what those toothpaste advertisements show you. As an adult, you only need a pea sized amount of toothpaste per brush to clean your teeth. We promise you, no gimmicks, real science and real recommendations only.

How long is the warranty on the SuperBrush?

We’ve got you covered! Your SuperBrush comes with a warranty of 1 year, make sure you register your warranty within 30 days of buying your SuperBrush for it to be valid.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects arising from electro-magnetic parts and battery that impact functionality of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage due to improper usage and normal wear or use.
