So we bet you didn’t know that there’s a correct way to store your toothbrush, right? It’s definitely something that you haven't really thought much about.

Well let's just say this - you purchase your SuperBrush to keep your teeth sparkly clean, but storing it incorrectly can lead to the growth of millions of bacteria on your sonic toothbrush. Which, well, we don't really need to say it, but kind of beats the purpose of the brush in the first place.

So here are a few things you should keep in mind while storing your electric toothbrush:

Firstly, keep your electric toothbrush as far away from the WC as possible. Your brush is best kept at least 3 feet away from the toilet. Flushing the toilet can actually spread germs thanks to the aerosol effect created, making it very super easy to contaminate your SuperBrush.

Make sure you rinse your toothbrush well after brushing, and the best way to store it is letting it air dry in an upright position in a holder individually or on a wall mounted one. Don’t keep two brushes very close to each other, they’re best kept in separate holders for sanitary reasons. Don’t store your toothbrush with any toothbrush cover, in a cabinet or any plastic covering or drawer. This is because these closed spaces retain the moisture on your toothbrush which then leads to tons of bacteria breeding on the toothbrush.

So what’s the best way to travel with your SuperBrush? Make sure that you carry your electric toothbrush in a travel case. Our super buddy travel case is vegan, cruelty free and water resistant a all of these with the best colours to match your SuperBrush. Traveling with your toothbrush loose is not hygienic and at the same time can expose the brush to contamination from chemicals in your beauty products. And we definitely don’t want your battery to drain because your brush was on throughout your flight, consuming your 60 day battery life in just a few hours!

Lastly, dont forget to replace your SuperBrush toothbrush heads every 3 months for maximum efficacy and hygiene. Or sooner after you’ve fallen really sick. After a severe bout of illness, your viral or bacterial load still lingers on your brush, making you prone to falling sick again.

These simple yet effective tips will help your toothbrush hygiene go a long way and optimize enjoying your SuperBrush and all the superpowers it possesses! Don’t forget to share this with a loved one who you think is storing their brush incorrectly!
